For a long time every IT project started from scratch. Existing products either miss the full path or take hosting out of your hands. So we built the path ourselves — first internally, now as MainPath.ai.
How the path was built
2017
The first project
KVB Live Timetable shipped. One job: live departures in Cologne. It worked from day one.
2018
The first clones
The same app for other cities. Copy the original, change the values.
2019
Whitelabel
There was no reasonable product for that. So we built pipelines and repos and standardised what we could.
2020
Infrastructure as code
Ansible, Terraform, GitOps. Professional enough for the first client projects.
2023
More of the setup automated
Screenshots, servers, stores. Still internal only.

Agents in the workflow
Cursor, Claude Code, Codex. Markdown for agents, shared standards, more apps in less time.
